A Man Reported For Being Deceived When Buying Weed Which Turns Out Ornamental Plant Leaf

In April 2022 there was a man who reported to the police office of South Sumatra for being fooled when he was buying some weed that was just some leaf of an ornamental plant. In Indonesia weed is classified as an illegal drug category 1, this man was investigated and turned out to have a mental disorder. 

The case being viral on social media through a short video showing a man complaining about being deceived when buying some weed that was faked. He complained to the police officer with bringing some leaves wrapped in newspaper torn that turn out it was some common ornamental fruit leaves. 

The police then tried to contact the family member and found out that the man was having a mental illness. End of the story the police bring the man back into his house and told the family to keep and do more caring for the man, so this phenomenon won't happen again.
