Hello everyone, heres 10 micro fiction that I've uploaded in this blog. Most of the stories are based on real life experience that I developed into a fiction story. I developed the story so by myself so it had complexity and better plot twist. I decide to merge it into a batch like this hopefully it would help this blog alogrithm. I apologize if some of the story not funny or offend from ur perspection, in the end of the day, its all about prefrence. Heres are 10 micro fiction stories about funny life experience.
1. The're A Dragon Inside My Body
When I was an apprentice in a psychiatric hospital, there is one patient who was my subject of the campus study report. He was a mid-aged man with a delusional disorder.
In the first couple days, I didn't find anything suspicious and started to questioning about the man's disorder. The man was acting normal, dressing very religiously, and he often become the Imam when Shalah (the leader when Muslims pray).
Until one day he finally confessed something that surprised me, he said if there is a dragon inside his body.
2. Lift Me With The Chair
My funny story when I was rehabilitated from my drug addiction, there was a rule about prohibition bringing a chair into our room at night time. I love to read books, so I quietly disobey the rules and oftenly bring a chair from the garden into my room.
One night, a nurse caught me and then told me to bring the chair outside. But because I think I did nothing wrong, I refuse it and start to questioning the purpose/reason of the rules.
The nurse can't explain the reason and decided to walk away from my room. Not long after that, she came back with a security guard and without saying a word, he lift the chair which I'm still sitting on, then drop me in the outside.
Next day one of my friends told me the reason for those rules probably was to prevent someone from suicidal thought.
3. Semi-Eating My Own Shit
When I was having a campus study in an isolated village inside the forest, to poo, the native told me that I must go into the river, squat on a big stone, and use a coconut shell to wash my ass.
So I go into the river then get myself a half of coconut shell, find a big stone, then squat on the top of it. The water flow of the river was so slow, so when I poo, I could clearly see my poo go away along the river.
I also see a lot of wild fish that swarm my poo and then eat from it such as catfish, snakehead fish, and small barb. After pooing, I use the coconut shell as a water dipper, pour the water into my ass, and then rub it with my left hand.
At that time I realize that for the last two days, the meal that the native people serve and I ate was some cooked freshwater fish. After pooping than I asked the village chief about where the fish that they cooked come from,
"Of course, those fresh fish was the wild fish from the river" the chief answered.
I stayed in that village for a total of 40 days semi eating my own shiit.
4. Break The Classroom Walls
My house was the only house located right behind my elemantary school which is still under construction. All classroom buildings are already built but there are still no outer border walls and there is just a simple gate in front.
Every day when I go to school, I have never been through the gate nor even have I been through the door class. I just casually walk straight into the classroom from my house and get inside through the windows. Sometimes I also used it to get out of the class after school was over.
At first, some teachers told me to stop using the windows and start using the door. But I just keep doing these things many times till the teacher and the other student getting used to accepting my behavior.
Short story ahead, one day, the hinge at the windows that usually I getting used was broken so the windows just a big hole without any barrier. I can get in or out from the classroom with less effort.
Because of this, the teachers decided to destroy the windows that I usualy used and break the walls, changing it into a secondary entrance door just for me. They said it also could become an emergency door.
5. My Name Is See
When my parent was pregnant of me, they didn't want to do x-rays to see my gender. They were just having fun and decided to place a bet on what gender I would be when I was born. My mom guessed that I will be born as a girl, and my dad said the opposite if I will be born as a boy.
Time passed until finally I was born at the hospital and the doctor told me I was a boy. Right after birth, my dad immediately carried me which I still crying and the placenta is still connected. He bring me closer to my mom's face that still weakly exhausted then he said 'See, it's a boy, I told ya.'. They both just smiled and giggled then cried while holding me in my mom's chest.
After that, one of the nurses asked what is the name of the baby, and spontaneously my dad just said 'See.., S-E-E'.
6. Stay In The Same Position
When I was in college, I lived in an apartment with a lazy and introverted roommate. Contrary to my workaholic habits, he could spend the whole day doing nothing in the apart.
Many times at the weekend, when I left the apart in the morning, I saw him sitting on the couch, and when I went back in the midnight, I saw him still in the same position.
He's still with his laptop, wearing the same clothes, and beside him, there's a couple of piled dirty plates and a bottle of water. Which means that for a whole day he's doing nothing, he probably moved only to get some food and go into the bathroom.
So I asked him 'what are you doing this whole time man?' He answered 'Im just playing games!'
7. Don't Touch Any Device When Youre Sick!
Omicron is a variant of COVID-19 that appeared for the first time in Indonesia in late 2021, and I was infected not long after that. It was the same time as the news of that variant's high death rate was up. Most broadcasting media is reporting the increasing death of Omicron victims.
And it was my fault because at that time when I was in a really sick condition, I'm still trying to watch the news. I was quarantined in a hospital and insisted the doctor to allow me to watch the television. So I watch the news and it affects me mentally. It makes me believe that I won't survive and I will die soon.
Each night I'm overthink about it, I've already accepted my fate if I could die anytime in that moment. I'm just feeling sad because I must leave my beloved wife and my beloved child. The best thing that I could do is plan the distribution of my inherited property fairly to all of them. I've also written some goodbye letters to all of the people that contributed to my life.
But apparently I wasn't dead, my condition was getting better on the 6th day then the doctor said my body is totally recovered from omicron 3 weeks after that. I'm still healthy until this moment that I write the story, and the lesson that I've learned is 'Don't ever touch your phone (or any device that could access media) when you're sick!'
8. Black Campaign Conveneince Store
In my rural region, the initial construction of a convenience store received a lot of controversy from local residents. We're getting used to producing our food supplies or going to our traditional market, so we are concerned that the existence of the store probably will interfere with our activity.
Not long after the stores opened, we heard some black campaign saying that the store sells expired goods, the price is expensive, and unfriendly employees.
Not only rumors, but some locals made up a scenario of it. Some people damage the goods, replace them with expired ones, and cause trouble that provokes the employee. And it seemed sure enough to influence the store, in less than six months, it was closed and no longer operating.
But not long after this phenomenon, many people built their own local conveneince store.
9. Don't Waste Opportunity
In my local comedy club, I had a good reputation because I often won some local comedy competitions. Until finally a national comedy competition was opened and I was the only one who got a golden ticket among my comedy club friends.
So I could go into the qualifying round without having to do the normal audition. But I refused to use the golden ticket because I felt just like ordinary ones and I wanted to compete normaly with my friends at the audition round.
I do the regular audition and after my performance, the judges said that my performance was not good enough and I faild the audition. At that time, I felt very brokenhearted because I had failed the hopes of the people that believe in me.
When I was accepting my faith and ready to get out of the room, the judges stop me and told me it was just a prank. Apparently the committee and the judges planned it all for the contestant who rejected the golden ticket just for fun.
The end of the story I make it until the final round then won the 3rd place, sometimes thinking these stories kind of pissed me. I learned an important lesson to not waste any opportunity that you had!
10. Quick Sober
When my parents were traveling out of town, me and some of my best friends had a small party at my house. We planned to get drunk and stay over to spend time together for the whole two days while my parents were away. It was on that night, for the first time in my 17 years of life I had my most drunk feeling.
I've had alcohol before this, but the drunkness that I felt that night was very different. I felt very dizzy, weakened, lost balance, and had blurred vision. I could feel my consciousness was on the edge and began to lose control of what I was saying. At that point, I also started to lose my short memory of what was happening at that time.
Until suddenly I got my consciousness back when I saw one of my friends vomit right in the living room. When I saw it, in a split second I could feel I regain all my moments, memories, and consciousness that disappeared before in such a timelapse. At that time somehow I felt so afraid that my parents suddenly came back home and scolded me.
I immediately rushed to mop my friend's vomit and cleaned up the room. Surprisingly at that time, I felt very sober, my vision was not blurry, I could control my balance, and act normally for the rest of the night. I realized one way to get a quick sober from a drunk is either the feeling of fear or responsibility.
